Thank you for shopping with Radhika RangVastra Studio! We aim to deliver your favorite kurtis to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders will be shipped only for prepaid payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Secure Payment: All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your data is safe. 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 2. Shipping Duration

Domestic Shipping (India):
  Delivery usually takes  3–7 business days , depending on your location.
  International Shipping:
  Delivery may take 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times may vary during sales, festivals, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Within India:

 We offer free shipping on all orders.
  
International Orders:
  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/Instagram DM so you can track your package in real time.

5. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your kurtis.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Radhika RangVastra Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

* Natural calamities
* Customs clearance
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
* Courier service disruptions

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at radhikarangvastrastudio@gmail.com

we’ll assist you promptly.
