Quality Assurance
All products undergo a 100% quality check before dispatch to ensure the best quality. Damaged or defective items are extremely rare.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.

  • In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

  • Once verified, our team will process an exchange or refund, as applicable.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • The customer will bear the shipping charges to send the product back to us.

  • We will bear the shipping charges for reshipping the replacement product.

No Returns Accepted For

  • Size-related issues

  • Color differences due to screen resolution

  • Change of mind

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Non-defective products

Refunds

  • After we review your request for a return or refund, we will process the refund within 1–3 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please note that the actual bank/UPI/card processing time may take an additional 2–5 business days.
